The season to shiver!

fuifui is still alive and kicking! sorry for the lack of updates. I am doing fine here. Ron and Andrea has been really nice to me too. They gave me a heater! yay! I really need it! Anyways, i am not the kind who can stand coldness. I’ll totally shiver even at 15 degree celsius! which is the average current temperature. SO COLD! i am dreading for winter to come now.

You wouldn’t believe this. I wear long leggings+ long pants +a jumper to sleep and use 3 blankets to cover myself! (the windows and doors are shut). But i am still feeling cold! BRrr.

Sunshine Coast

It’s Anzac Day today (Public Holiday). It is to commemorate members of the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps who landed in Turkey in World War 1. 
I went on a day trip to Sunshine Coast with Ron and family in the early morning. Barely had enough rest last night, but i was really excited about the trip (: We went to Ron’s uncle farm, Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve at Maleny and to the coastal beach near Caloundra. It was a breathtaking view on the mountain top, but what a pity, my camera doesn’t work so I took some bad quality photos with my phone’s camera.

 

I would love to go back there again (:

Aunt fuifui-Nephew Michael!

oops. Sorry for the lack of updates. I thank God that my 4 papers had ended! yay! So far, 2 of the results are out and i think i did pretty alright And i went to watch Drag Racing yesterday at Willowbank, Ipswich. Did you catch that? DRAG RACING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Totally new experience. But definitely not my cup of tea. Once in a lifetime is good enough (:

I found my long lost nephew from Jakarta online! Maybe not long lost but rather i didn’t know i had his contact in my msn! My nephew is OLDER than me! He’s 26 years old! And he calls me ‘Aunt’! Well, we have a big family tree (i am sure my sister will leave a comment on this entry! (: ) This is really hilarious…

Awwww…There he is, my indonesian nephew who’s already working and way before me. Worked in Citibank, and now running his own business. And his ‘aunt’ (who’s ME!) is still studying. But seriously he doesn’t regard me as his aunt actually. We regard each other as cousins. That’s more like it! Seems like there’s still some time away before i can get to see him again. He’s invited as a delegate from his church in Jakarta for Asia Conference this November, but i guess i’ll still be in Brisbane then.

The muffin that made my day (:

I was studying at home the whole day for the 3 papers that’s coming soon!!! And trying really hard to solve COST ACCOUNTING problems. Anyways, just when i was mugging hard, hannah delivered a freshly baked muffin to my room! That really made my day (: (Andrea bought it to cheer me up (: ) And the yo!yo!
